How powerful do you need to be in order to break a steel wall?

Assuming its just some bolts or other bits of steel that are holding them together, then probably Street level, to low end Wall level at most. Those are just steel fences, and they aren't actually being shattered.

Wouldn’t the Screen feat with Strowman be higher in AP? Less durable material but looks far thicker and also broken in one hit/charge

This isn't really breaking a wall, just knocking down a... fence? I think that's what they're called. Calculating it I'm sure is possible but would require gathering a lot of annoying to find data, which is a shame cause I would like to know too as it's the best feat that Pyramid Head from Silent Hill has, judging from the profiles, and I've recently played SH2 and would like to do the bare minimum to fix the verse.

It's akin to breaking a door off its hinges, wouldn't require nearly as much as actually breaking the door/wall itself.
