firstly goku can be affected by vast amount of poison, say an ant has enough poison to kill people, it could make goku sick, as in a day long coma, so what is the strongest ant poison? say goku wasn't using any ki at all, goku would be wall level, we see this when goku was somewhat unprepared with no ki, and he got a graze, again he was somewhat unprepared, any ants that bite harder than bullets?, probably not

No amount of venom/poison injections would even remotely harm Goku due to his passive Aura. Unless the ants have planet level needles, I don't see them ever doing it. So I can safely say "Not Enough" ants. However if the Ants learns the fusion dance (For ants of course), then they'd possibly be able to fuse, fuse again, then fuse again until the ant is planet level where they then kill goku. Possibly.
