Glass cannon, grenades can deal up to 19 tons of TNT, evaded a legendary hunter for an entire day and even casually dodged Danmaku from Anko, who Nokotan herself stated outskilled all the hunters she dealt with. Would later get trained by Koshi-tan to a point where she could at least put up a somewhat decent opening against Nara's 1300th-anniversary mascot, who either trained for the 16 years of his existence or bears the strength of 1300 years of experience depending on how you interpret statements about Sento-kun. Can flashbang people, which is apparently a Dragon Ball character's #1 weakness because the authors wanted it to be that way.
Goku... martial arts prodigy, copied and made use of a martial arts technique Master Roshi spent decades developing in mere seconds. Dealt with an entire army until Tao Pai Pai came along to knock him down a few pegs (apparently Goku's answer to Tao Pai Pai is "punch harder!"). Cannot flashbang anyone yet because the Solar Flare did not appear until the 22nd Budokai... I checked.
How will this match-up work? Simple! Just have the match take place on one of the 27 days out of 28 that aren't a full moon. Although if you really think about it, Goku is incapable of controlling the Oozaru form, so uhh... Yeah. In any case, let's have this match take place in the Budokai arena.
