Can you guys clarify which option you side with, 2-C or 2-B? And if possible the reason why you think one option is better than the other?

If Chase is being scaled to the Dragon's avatar rather than the Dragon itself, that is the one that have the 2-C/2-B feat; then I guess hisnrating should be removed and look for the avatar's feat/scaling.
