well tbf that's with time travel and i don't think he could do it instantly though i could be wrong but yes that is true it is immeasurable. Without time travel at least over 23 tredecillion or 23,759,448,520,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times greater than the speed of light if we are talking about Wally West (though iirc he was boosted but i can't remember)

That's an enjoyable video regarding the matter. It compiles a few of Wally West's better speed feats w/OBD calcs and sources. I think the highest feat in the video is out of context, but it seems mostly solid.
