Iirc there was something about them transcending infinity, which other baseline outerversal DC begins do not. But I am not super familiar with them in a VS sense. It would probably be best to ask someone else

He more or less should be High 1-A, given that he is much stronger than Dream (and other 1-A Endless), as well as the likes of the Source & Gabriel.

If a baseline being was 3D, then Michael would be 4D at best. A high 1-A being would be tier 1-A by comparison

I don't see Dream or the Source even remotely near the level of creating a new 1-A divine providence. He killed The Logos with a simple touch.

But that isn't even close the High 1-A. Touching and creating a 1-A is impressive, but not enough for High 1-A
