How does this Vegeta feat compare to Frieza's

Since Frieza's destruction of planet Vegeta is calced at dwarf star level because it's 10x Earth's gravity (and other factors), is Vegeta's destruction of the time chamber around the same level? It's stated to be 10x the gravity of Earth and also the same size of Earth, so I'm curious.
