How does Infinite work?

I saw the revisions about 1-A and tier 0, but it also covered Aleph Null and cardinality, meaning that something can be "more infinite" I assume.

So how would a being who surpasses the time continuum fare? Is that basically at the tippy-top of cardinality and thus just one step away from being Immeasurable? How does a character stated to "Have power that supersedes time" work? Does this mean they are surpassing the time continuum or have a power that can reach infinitely?
