How cold would a chunk of ice have to be for it to be completely unaffected by regular fire?

Depends on how long it has been esposed to the fire.

What type of flame matters as well. A focused blue flame is going to reach higher temperatures than a candle's flame. A flame from Napalm is going to be superior than one from a Molotov cocktail. What a "Regular Fire" in this case is completely subjective and you gotta be more specific. The fire lit on Gasoline is different from fire lit on wood.

In this specific case I'm referring to a fire that can near instantly melt human sized chunks of ice with just a few seconds of contact, but doesn't have any affect at all on a special red chunk of ice.
