I mean how can we exactly measuring BFR potency(Potency of hax nor just a range)? Based on a range? Or a thing that got yeeted? Or something else?

How can we measuring BFR potency?

Range.....is the most important measure of potency, considering the ability in question. Sending someone to a place countless universes away is more impressive than moving them to another city for instance. Size and number of structures being moved is also important.
