How are Raiden and Shao Kahn Large Planet level?

What feats have they displayed that suggest they are Large Planet level? Can they really destroy planets like Uranus and Neptune and even ones like Juptier and Saturn?

Also, isn't Shao Kahn Large Planet level primarily because of Blaze, and not because of his own raw power? Wouldn't that in hindsight make him weaker than Raiden?

If they are Large Planet level, then that technicially makes them stronger than everyone in Narutoverse, which is odd because one person from the OBD stated that Naruto and Sasuke are planet busters and therefore would win against Raiden and Fujin. Raiden and Shao Kahn also haven't shown clear, conspicuous, blatant feats that suggest they're anywhere near Naruto and Sasuke, let alone Large Planet Level.

So since they haven't shown feats anywhere near as impressive as Naruto and Sasuke, wouldn't those two god-stomp these two god-like beings? And wouldn't Naruto and Sasuke destroy everyone and stop at the Elder Gods?

This seems to be more personally motivated than anything. Naruto and Sasuke are completely irrelevant to this discussion.

Even before he absorbed Blaze, Unrestricted Shao Kahn had the power to merge realms (read: planets), which is a Large Planet level feat. Shao Kahn with Blaze absorbed is probably a lot stronger than that.
