Anyway...Then going with Hoodie. Both have decent skill and pretty high intelligence, but Brian is a strategist and schemer. Not to mention Stealth Master will likely allow to move around without being spotted, or at least long enough that a shot wouldn't be fatal. He is also arguably stronger. Guns are about the same.
