Also yes it does matter because if she isn't beyond Emanator then the argument for Incomplete Irontomb somehow possessing stomp level energy output far beyond emanators doesn't work. (They aren't even terrified of his energy output until after he attempted self coronation)

Ok but this argument doesn't work because you made it so that Emanator level ranges in strength so 2-A Zephyro is still considered Emanator level output while self coronating Irontomb is explicitly beyond emanator to the point we're powerless against it.

It's still his path energy its depending on? Why would it not be subjected to UES like how Reality Warping and Existence Erasure are subjected to UES?

It deadass ties back to whether or not IM2 applies to UES like how Reality Warping and Existence erasure are applicable to UES. Hell, Welt's gravity hax feat of destroying universe was accepted as being valid to scale under his Honkai Energy entirely due to UES and divine key requiring his energy output to do anything.
