No i am not joking. 11-A downgrade.
So for context, there was a collab between Genshin impact and Honkai Impact 3rd involving characters from both verses. Currently we have only one profile for the collab which is Keqing, who scales to Low 1-C for fighting Yae Sakura, a character from Hi3. Not only is the justification really bad and outdated (the profile was a joke to piss off Garrixian wanking genshin) but none of their feats actually matter in context of the collab. This is because the collab takes place in a Visual novel created by Otto apocalypse and Welt Yang.
Its actually reaffirmed multiple times throughout the collab that this is just a piece of fiction created by Otto and Welt, Characters who exist in the main setting of the verse, which would mean that the feats of the characters in the visual novels cannot fall under reality equalization because the main reality of honkai does not take place within this visual novel thus making the characters in the visual novel fall to 11-A
Just one last thing but the characters from Hi3 in the collab are not the same as the real characters, Some of them dont even share the same name as their real versions like Senti so the feat of being on par with Yae sakura shouldnt even apply here because its not the real Yae Sakura. She's dead.

i should also note this should NOT make characters in the base reality of Hi3 tier 2.
