Wasnt this match done already? Anyways, while Homer is faster, and that this is speed =/ here, Peter takes every other category but intelligence, which they are both equal in. Also, Peters regen outlasts him in the fight.

I'm gonna go with Peter as his fights with the Chicken show he is capable of taking more punishment (if not more then at least longer, don't know the calcs on his fights with the Chicken), plus Peter has more abilities in his corner though Homer does have pressure point knowledge, plus Peter is known for having wacky things to use, as well as Peter has shown to have copies of himself somehow in some cases (the whole part where they were gonna steal a kid to take him to the hospital)

the large gap in durability and strength when looking at it can make you think it's an obvious stomp for peter but homer is considerd at best borderline 9-A which makes him able to take blows from peter and deal some decent damage back to him. another point that should be made is homer's speed being subsonic while peter is at atheletic human giving homer a speed advantage and Homer has professional fighting experiance and training as shown in Mayored to the Mob while peter while being in long periods of fighting with the chicken which is about it i don't feel safe saying he is comparable to trained professionals like joe because joe stomps peter in most fights making say homer wins due to speed and intellegence but peter would totally win if speed was equalized

Homer is immensely durable, and he can land strong hits. He can also quickly buff up through exercise, so I'm going to give this to Homer.

Possibly, But you should ask buttersamurai as well or maybe for it being calc'd, As this would indeed change EVERYTHING.
