High School DxD: Abilities Revision Part 2 (ORC Gang Edition...Maybe Part 1)

Alrighty. This is round 2 of the series of abilities revisions that is to be done and needs to be done so the OPPAI that is DxD can be better quality wise and also updated with anything that may have been missing for some time or not added and whatnot.

Just to make it easier on myself (aka not have my computer commit Seppuku or internet hell lag from this forum), I also plan to do this in more smaller increments. As in, do these next ones that are specific but without having to do the wall of hell text like the last tone I did...well for the OP here, at least. If needed, I will do that for any abilities in doubt or in question if needed or that being provided by the other DxD Supporters, all the same.

With that said, these changes will focus specifically on a set of characters. For this one, it's on the ORC (Occult Research Club) members: Issei, Rias, and Asia.

Spoiler: Crimson Dragon Emperor

Base Abilities:

• Dragon Physiology (Volume 12 onwards)
• Summoning (Can summon his familiar '''Ryuuteimaru'''. His jewels can summon Rias although this isn't an ability he can control)
• Fusionism (Can fuse with others that have the same physiology as he does, such as Great Red)
• Illusion Creation, Memory Manipulation, and Social Influencing with jewels (The jewels on his Boosted Gear can cause people to become perverts and unknowingly lose control of their bodies and gain an uncontrollable urge to touch breasts. They then absorb the memories of the people it affected and can project them into physical form, although this isn't an ability Issei can consciously use)
• Limited Poison Manipulation and Limited Acid Manipulation with Samael's Blood (Only affects Dragons and Snakes)
• Possible Healing/Regeneration Negation with Samael's Blood (Cao Cao stated that the effects of the Phoenix Tears would be useless with Samael's blood)
• Lightning Manipulation and Size Manipulation with Mjolnir (Mjolnir can change its size and shoot electricity)
• Limited Power Nullification]]''' on females (Can use '''Dress Break''' to undo supernatural effects applied on women, such as curses and mental interference, and remove magic worn by women)
• '''[[Telepathy]]''' and '''[[Retrocognition]]''' with Pailingual (Can read the thoughts of females and see past events they experienced by listening to their breasts)
• Limited '''[[Regeneration]]''' ('''Low-Mid'''. Can reduce fatigue by drinking milk. His body was repaired after most of his organs stopped working, he had internal bleeding, and the bones in his arms and legs were crushed by soaking in a large amount of Breast Milk)

Base Resistances:
Resistance to:

• Empathic Manipulation (Managed to resist Nurarihyon’s ability to force others into liking him)
• Possession (Briefly regained control over his body with sheer willpower after he was possessed)

Balance Breaker:

• Additional Limbs (Can create dragon claws from his dragon wings)
• Attack Reflection (Can reflect incoming attacks with the Dividing Wyverns)
• Energy and Power Absorption (Can use the tail of his armour to absorb energy from the breasts of females to power his attacks, which renders them unable to build up energy and use their powers)

Juggernaut Drive:

• Additional Limbs
• Large Size (Type 1)
• Weapon Creation (Can generate blades from the gems in his armor)

Cardinal Crimson Promotion:

• Paralysis Inducement (He can release a dragon god aura that temporarily stops females from moving with Breast Dragon Wave)
• Enhanced Spatial Manipulation (He could distort space with the sheer pressure of his aura, along with Saji. His punches can create holes in space)

Pseudo-Dragon Deification:

• Summoning (Can manifest Ddraig to fight alongside him)
• Resistance to Sealing and Paralysis Inducement (Broke out of Vidar's sealing magic, which was meant to impede his movements)

Apocalypse AnswerArms:

• Additional Limbs and Weapon Creation (Can create additional arms and gigantic blades made out of aura)
• Forcefield Creation (Can create a powerful defensive barrier with Revelation Barrier)
• Portal Creation and Dimensional Travel (Tore open a hole in space to enter into a dimension created by Dimension Lost)
• Reactive Evolution (Ryuuteimaru can adapt to change its size and properties and develop new weapons based on Issei’s aura and imagination as its source)
• Resistance to BFR Absorption, Sealing, and Gravity Manipulation (He was able to ignore the effects of Tartarus Abyss)

Spoiler: Ruin Princess

Base:

• Self-Age Manipulation and Memory Manipulation (Rias was able to use a spell that mentally and physically regressed her to a young girl, altering her memories as a side effect)
• Resistance to Power Absorption, Life Manipulation and Biological Manipulation (Zekka was unable to permanently steal her power and shrink her breasts due to having been “super evolved” by someone)

Spoiler: Devil Healer

Base:

• Self-Age Manipulation and Memory Manipulation (Asia was able to use a spell that mentally and physically regressed her to a young girl, altering her memories as a side effect)

Balance Breaker:

• Dragon Physiology
