Why would he hold back when fighting mass murderers like Carnage? Peter on a general level has this nasty tendency to hold back on things he really shouldn't. You'd need a statement, not an assumption, to say he's not holding back.

Either way, Superior Spider-Man probably wins this. Better Spider-Sense than anything in the "Into the Spider-Verse" duology, more skilled, debatably more experienced, and overall has the edge in nearly every category other than LS, which shouldn't be too much of an issue

Yea Superior is canon to the main comic universe. It happened during Dan Slotts' run of the main Spider-Man comic. Pete got his body back right before the big Spider-verse event which even had to use time travel shenanigans to be able to bring main Superior back for it.
