He's only stated to have the potential to match or surpass Vader in The Last Jedi film and novel. The Force Awakens film and novel have made it clear that Kylo Ren himself believes he's not on Vader's level (and fears that he'll never match or surpass him).

I think he'd lose against all three, especially given that Snoke has Force Lightning and is likely on High Councillor level at least.
