The Low-High can be exhausted if he's destroyed to that level enough times. Other than that, his soul-hax is 4 or so layers albeit not always a go to move.

Hax potency should be non-smurf, not instant incap but if it's none of these, it shouldn't be passive or in-character at the very least or make the fight unwinnable.

I'll update the OP with these conditions in mind for others to consider
