Martial arts and weapon mastery kinda count for skill, but I guess it could be added under his Intelligence section like:

Became more skilled and intelligent after his Sakaar training. Able to have proper conversations with Thor

Or something like that

At least High 6-C Post-Sakaar Training Hulk is very warranted, as is for Early Ragnarok Thor

Cracking =/= breaking. Like I said, this could be put under "higher with rage". And KLOL addressed the 10 hits thing

just because Thor smacked into the bridge 10 times doesn't mean he was giving it his all, because he was clearly paining from the fact that he'd never be able to see Jane again. All the power was focused into the final hit, which makes the previous 9 hits mean ****-all in the long run.

Higher with rage would be him overpowering Thor after becoming noticeably more pissed off

Also I don't care about the multiplier I just think that it taking a lot less for him to break it than an earlier Thor is significant

It would also be him chipping Eternal Flame Surtur's crown whereas a weaker Surtur tanked hits from Thor. I don't see why the bridge feats can't be put under "higher with rage"

I don't see the point of that if he's not specifically noted to be even more pissed off or becoming more pissed off, which is what happened during the arena fight

Meanwhile is it not at all hinted at to be happening at the times you mentioned

That's entirely different. 616 Hulk is very much noted to vary depending on how angry he is meanwhile MCU Hulk on the other hand is said and shown to get stronger with significant rage

The current justification for AP is Hulk cracking the Bifrost by just taking steps and then blowing a chunk out of it unintentionally whereas an Early Thor had to put effort into breaking it though admittedly not all strikes were at full force

and he's not just stronger, he now has Martial Arts and Weapon Mastery and is overall more intelligent, having full on conversations with Thor

Early Ragnarok Thor is harder to justify keeping beyond AP scaling although that already goes without saying cuz it was allowed in the first place just for scaling to Hulk

Hulk is portrayed as somewhat stronger than Thor himself. And the Thor that broke the bifrost was somewhat weakened form fighting Loki. If anything, it's more consistent then Hulk.

Supposedly that is the case but the fact the Unity works by destroying and modifying molecular bonds it'd be really powerful. Atomising a planet's surface is like 3 Exatons iirc
