High 6-A Lord of Magic Tournament (2023): Jean Grey vs Xu Jingming

Rules:

1-Hax in general at High Hax (No need to hold back here, It's time for Hax lords to fight)

2-Equalized speed in all matches.

3-Ap should be from to 400 - 10 Extatons for AP range. Killing, K.O and BFR is allowed.

• (There will be Stomp matches)

4-Random encounters no prior knowledge to anybody.

5-Total 10 Participants!

• (FC/OC Characters are allowed as I was explained in the past by user Spinoirr, Who previously participated in my tournament with his FC/OC Character)

6-Fighting distance for every matchup will be 50 meters.

7- If characters are being removed due to Content Revision or any other cases, If someone else joins in place of another character I WILL NOT be doing rematches (What's done is done)

8- Location: All matches will take place in the Tournament of Power Arena

9- The winner will be declared The Lord of Magic and be given the beautiful Magic Trophy!

Although Xu Jingming has Low-Godly regeneration so I don't think deconstruction will help, how many layers of mind hax resistance does he have?

8 layers is baseline for his lifeform level, while he's a peak perfected one making even other beings at his level useless, plus to reach the next lifeform, one need 10,000 mental strength, but he had 10352, so above 9 layers but not yet 10.

Deconstruction won't help since he had no problem to fight with someone who could do it which is a basic power for all Perfect Cosmic Lifeform as they control Cosmic Force that shapes and create all reality at a smaller level than spacetime, which gave him Quantum matter level. Also, he's a being made of energy.

Plus he can increase all his ststistics to 5-B the instant he wishes while his defense for 10 minutes even higher to star level.

For attack, all cosmic lifeforms will release their mental strength that will impact their foe. Then whatever their fighting style is, which in this case is to use a spear and dual shields as second option. He will either create thousands of light attacks with his art or attack directly with it piercing through space. For his spear attacks if they aren't basic one will not be speed equalised so its speed of light.

Uf, Jean has 8 layers of mind hax so that along with her deconstruction would be useless, the only option she has is her TK which works on energy beings, like the Phoenix Force, and attacks, like Cyclops' Optic Blast or lightning

While thats true and her lifting strength is higher, it won't work on him as he has better matter manipulation and can influence the spacetime to make attacks not reach him. Plus he can create a forcefield that blocks negative effects, has several amps beside his armor and doesn't need to move to attack since he can have his mind split into billions making him have better chances plus going by sheer combat experience, and intelligence, he should easy win as he resist her strongest things.

Plus, I don't think she wouldn't be able to think well thanks to his mental attacks.
