Jokes on you, not even 9-A.
It just makes holes in it, the actual destruction that totally ***** them up is from crashing or exploding, things the bullet didn't do directly.

It's like calcing a bullet hitting a car, it goes through, yeah cool that's a feat, but if it hits a gas tank and explodes, the bullet isn't suddenly 9-A+ for pulping the car, nor would it be 9-A for killing the driver and causing the car to crash and drive off a cliff totaling it. That's gravity + the car's og velocity + mass working in tandem.

Easy to calc too, you get the hole size in these panels and it's very clear, but, it'd just be 9-B.

I'll give the Dandy Man this much, his card strike against Straightjacket Alucard didn't immediately get obliterated in contact, they clashed for like a solid five seconds before Alucard tore through it and his arm. Bro definitely upscales Base Alucard just off of that alone since there's a stomp gap between the two forms.

Tubalcain was shown to be a bit stronger than Red Coat Alucard. Remember Alucard retreated and admitted he couldn't stop bleeding.

For scaling the lower levels, we do see that Red Coat can help Seras push back Anderson. As said above, Seras was doing most of the work already, meaning Alucard only had a bit left to add, but I'd figure he wouldn't be able to help at all if he was more than ten times weaker.

I think we have to treat him as at least two times weaker since we've seen Monster Anderson stomping him. To be safe, better to assume a larger gap like times five or ten.

We don't assume any gap number. It's just unquantifiable in number terms, simply upscale or downscale with the degree being functional like "gap big enough to one shot this mf" as opposed to "gap that is 2.5x this value" or whatever, unless there's context or statements that would give an exact value.

The Ap difference from Baseline Large Building (2 Tons) and The SR-71 Feat (3.44 Tons) is like 1.72x, considering Monster of God Anderson was basically stomping red coat Alucard, I feel like it's safe to downscale Red coat Alucard to Baseline Large Building

In fairness, Level 1 seems to specifically unlock his familiars and shapeshifting.

i think you worded Alucards regen wrong

you proved why Alucard shouldn't have high-mid regen, you didn't provide an actual scan for Low-Mid regen

All the scans I added is vampires being able to be killed from decapitation,

Regening your head is Mid, but since they die from decapitation, then it's clear to think that they have Low-Mid Regen at best

Like if I listed Dio as mid-high and the only scan was "vaporizing his brain can kill him", that doesnt show his regen. Vaporizing a normal dude's brain would kill them too, it doesnt actually mean much, you'd list the cap alongside what they can actually do like reforming from bisection or blown apart.

If it's about his soul stock regeneration, his regeneration feat is becoming a mess of goop and regenerating (Low-High). If it's his regeneration without souls, he regrows limbs while fighting Walter (Low-Mid).

A lot of that was made by GinSama with me just assisting with scans and general suggestions, but in fairness, I guess if he can create a whole new body out of other materials it could be Low-Godly. He was never actually reduced to nothing until later though.

Like I did rough numbering to get an idea but I'm not gonna publish a dogass calc I did in 5 seconds, I'm gonna actually try for the final value.
