we've seen consistently dodge gun fire, with the only exception is if they were caught off-guard.

so we don't know whether they do have this ability or not

I haven't seen much characters with illusion haxs so I can confidently say that Zorin probably has the most op illusion hax I saw alongside Fazbear Frights William Afton's Illusion and perception shit

In fairness, even though he was talking about Millennium vampires, his information came from Integra whose information was about normal vampires.

doesn't that mean the millennium vampires would get High 8-C durability

The explosion is omnidirectional, they couldn't take the entire impact. Inverse Square Law at play. Simply put, they only take some of the blast, the part that hits them directly.

She actually cuts down a vampire faster than he can react.

However, Anderson was clearly toying with her.

No way, she's clearly 11-D, not 11-C. And obviously 2-C for her ability to shoot Schrodinger, a being the size of the whole timeline.

... That sounds strangely specific. I've never heard anyone use making a hole in the planet as a hypothetical measurement of power. Normally something that specific is based on an actual feat that took place.

The statements were all about Alucard's huge soul army. Pretty silly, given that he's literally more effective using them for extra lives.

Well, who says they're separate? If a guide explicitly says he used a soul to return from that.

One thing I do think warrants changing is the assumption that Level 0 means all his souls are sent out and he's now vulnerable. We literally see him summon more servants to fight Anderson after he fired out his army. We also see him get hit with the Nail's power and his army gets burned down, and the OVA shows him get hit and some of his soldiers seemingly die from it even though they're out.
 
currently giving Integra, Social Influence, Holy Manipulation with her weapons (connected to that us ig Regen Neg), and uh Weapon Mastery

is there more abilities to give her?

Alucard using up a soul to revive is completely different. It contradicts what the manga shows.

I'm not sure that's the case. Just because he turned into bats doesn't mean a soul wasn't used for his regeneration.
