Thought this might be a fun debate to talk about. Today, Walter has to take down the supernatural clown from hell. Can he prevail and prove that he is the one who knocks? Or will Art add yet another body to his kill count?

Ground Rules:

• Speed is Unequal
• Terrifier Series Key is used for Art
• Walter has 5 days of prep time and prior knowledge on Art
• Walter's pipe bombs are restricted, but he is allowed the Fulminated Mercury
• Art has his full arsinal
• Fight takes place in an abandoned amusement park
• Both start on opposite sides of the park with no line of sight

Art does have stealth mastery, so he could sneak up on Walter. Walter's pipe bombs are restricted also, so Walter can't exactly nuke the entire amusement park with explosives. He does have other attacks like poisonous gas and acid if he wanted to use those though

"Fulminated Mercury" is pretty explosive anyways I still vote walter via superior intelligence

Considering Walt has 5 days worth of prep and prior knowledge, I’m sure he could figure out a way to use mercury, poison, acid, etc effectively against Art. It’s also more likely that Walt will see him first due to his far better stealth mastery and prior knowledge of Art’s tactics and capabilities.
