The Human Race vs Godzilla fight idea?

I'm thinking about making fight between The Human Race and some variant of Godzilla. But i can't decide which Godzilla version to use in order for setup to be balanced.

Version of Godzilla must be somewhere between 8-A (Iowa Battleship's full volley) and 7-B (Castle Bravo Bomb) range in order for setup to be balanced. Too strong and Godzilla can't be damaged, too weak and Godzilla gets OHKO'd by a single jet or warship - both cases are Stomps. Most Godzilla version i see are Tier 6 or higher, and some are Tier 9; in other words, either too strong or too weak.

Could you give some good candidate for Godzilla version (or just Kaiju) for such setup?

I could reference general monster fiction works (The various/many versions of Godzilla, King Kong, Mothra, Ghidorah, Mechagodzilla, Kiryu, Anguirus, Rodan, Scylla, MUTOs, Skullcrawlers, Hedorah, Destoroyah, Methusela, Behemoth, Tiamat, the other creatures in the same settings as the aforementioned monsters like on or within Earth like Skull Island and Hollow Earth or from space, Kaijus from Pacific Rim, Clover, the Mist creatures from Stephen King, Death Angels from A Quiet Place, the invisible beings from Bird Box, tripods from War Of The Worlds, etc etc)

You could more or less find them at least in wikis or elsewhere in the Internet as well.

Then again though, unless they're actively harmful to life I feel like it'd be immoral to harm them so personally I wouldn't want the matchup, but you can make it if you want, I'd probably just spectate (not sure if I'd vote).

After some thought: most Godzilla variants are resistant to fire and radiation, so nuclear weapons can only hurt them via kinetic blast wave. So nukes may harm it, but not to full extent since listed nuke's Tier is calculated off all damaging factors. As such, IDK whether or not 7-C Godzilla could survive 7-B nuke. All nukes must be fired in one volley, since Godzilla regenerates very fast. Overall, he can be taken down with massed nukes.

Baby Clover (8-A) is formidable, yet not civilization-destroying. He'll need full volley of Iowa/Baltimore, or smallish nuke (e.g. nuclear F-15; W54 Warhead) to take down. Anything larger OHKO's him.

Adult Clover (7-B to High 7-A) is more threatening. 7-B version might take one good nuke, but High 7-A would require tremendous amount of hits to take down. All nukes combined are 6-C, so overall humans would have enough nukes to defeat Adult Clover and still have some left up. Plus, Clovers are not resistant to radiation, so they might end up dying of cancer long before they manage to kill every human.

Now then: which one of the two should i use? Or how many Adult Clovers i should use?

If we want a fair match, I'd say that the High 7-A Clover would be best. Since it's just one monster, all of humanity's forces would likely focus on it, which would likely harm it. Even if it wouldn't kill it, it would still slow it down and cause other harms.
