Yeah, it's kinda weird the AP is noted as City Level and links to an at most City+, potentially Mountain level weapon as to why the human race is City Level. Just off the profiles alone, the Human Race should be upgraded to at least the same rating.

That's a relatively old page that hasn't been updated in years, but I do not think it should be assumed we have the ability to just launch every single nuclear weapon on the planet all at once and treat it all as one giant nuke.

The AP is based on major/general nations' AP, that's not how bombs work.

A military isn't suddenly a higher tier based on the amount of bombs it has and the human race isn't united. A military if composed of nukes is still city level because of nukes' devastation on one city. A force of grenades isn't always above 9-B though numbers

If we could detonate all nukes in one spot, elaborate how, otherwise, there is no evidence the human race can do this
