except hell is a different dimensión from Earth and not a planet, unless hell and heaven are planets in this universe

hell is in a different dimension from EARTH, not heaven. We literally see that they are from each other's pov. Also i just realised that technically Lucifer fell from a really far height so that should probably be calced

2. Lucifer isn’t allowed to enter heaven, Charlie hasn’t got wings

3. Why should exterminators fly to kill everyone when they can portal down there. They make it explicitly clear they don’t like being in hell, and only come there because they enjoy killing sinners. So why waste time. Also you could technically walk from England to Scotland but would you rather use a form of transport?
