S.H.I.E.L.D. is tipped off that Deadshot is being paid to assassinate Nick Fury, and Hawkeye is dispatched to intercept him.

Both know about each others' abilities and have 2 weeks prep time. Fight takes place in Washington D.C. at night near the S.H.I.E.L.D. Triskelion. Starting distance 500 meters.

Hawkeye takes this due to being fast enough to react to bullets, and having a higher destructive capacity with his arrows than deadshot's weapons.
