This isn't asking for a revision or anything, as i read that the profiles are currently being revised, i merely wish to know if this Quote from Clavicus Vile has been brought up before in regards to the Dragonborn:

"As much as I hate to say it, you're almost as powerful as I am right now. But that's just because half of my power resides in that mutt, Barbas."

If Vile is assumed to be somewhere in Tier 2 then why was the Dragonborn ever 6-C and not Unknown as the Princes currently are?

TES is currently under revisions, and the various characters rated as unknown are going to get an actual tier once they're done afaik
