Is this Haruka vs the whole verse? Because even Asriel might be too much for her. She's likely superior to almost everybody else, but Asriel likely takes this.

Frisk, Flowey, and Asriel can counter all of those through hax and brute force. mainly that SAVE and LOAD will make precog lose vertually all of its edge and probably probability manipulation through danmaku. also the gap in speed and what not.
