Harry Dresden VS SCP-096

Dresde comes across a picture that happens to have 096 in it and, soon enough, finds himself being attacked by the specimen while completely unprepared.

Rules:

-Base Dresden only

-Speed is not equalized. (Since there's hardly any point; Dresden's reactions are on-par with 096's highest known speed)

-Winner by death or incapacitation. Whichever comes first.

Which of HD's abilities are limited by a lack of prep (and to what extent, if applicable)?

As far as I'm aware, none of them are. I only said 'completely unprepared' to clarify that he has no knowledge of 096, its abilities or how it works, and would have to come up with a strategy on-the-fly.

I really need to bone up on Dresden again, though. I'm blanking out on all of the spells he currently has access to.

Ok, i only asked because i got the vibe that some of his spells need time to be set up/cast.

As for my vote; HD should take this with mid difficulty assuming he isn't caught with his shields down by 96 and reduced to something resembling chrushed raspberries. .

Dresden has faced worse than this thing in the first three books.

Worst case scenario for him, he chucks it into the Nevernever and lets his fairy godmother and the rest of the Fae courts screw it over. Best case he just crushes it under several waves of kinetic force and burns it to ashes.
