Why Hao Asakura LVL MIN 6A HIGH 3A? is probably better has omnipresent and Omniscent MIN 6A HM GOKU LOW 2-C NO OMINIPRESENT AND OMINISCENT IS BETTER WHERE LOGICK?? GUYS PLS

Here's the logic:

Goku's Low 2-C rating comes from standing up to Jiren through using Ultra Instinct -Sign-.

Jiren is > Infinite Zamasu via numerous statements both in and out of universe that declare him to be the mightiest enemy in Dragon Ball history (in canon at least, he obviously doesn't hold a candle to the 2-C/2-B guys).

Infinite Zamasu took over the entirety of Universe 7 in an alternate timeline. Simple as that.

It's also pretty clear that with every instance of Ultra Instinct -Sign-, Goku gets stronger overall, as shown when SSBKKx20 was capable of contending with Jiren (albeit with help from SSBE Vegeta) when previously SSBKKx20 was getting stomped.

Do you really think Hao Asakura has anything on this level?

I checked the actual page, and Hao's 6-A and 3-A (not High 3-A, he doesn't have that rating at all) ratings are in separate keys.
