Can Ryuko beat Makoto with buffs while Makoto is nerfed?
-Makoto is late-game 2-C Makoto and is equipped with his 3 main personas (Messiah, Thanatos, and Orpheus).
-Ryuko is gonna be taking stuff from KLK IF.
-There’s no real reason for this matchup besides this image from Ben Tehgm as seen below:
