" Those cut by the Sword of Hades are annihilated completely in body and soul, being removed from the Wheel of Samsara and sent to the World of Emptiness where time does not exist, being unable to ever revive or reincarnate"
Retract my vote for now. I'm gonna look at Draculas profile and see if there's anything he can do to win.
Edit: Yeah this seems like it's going inconclusive. Both have type 8 immortality, concept manipulation, existence erasure, void manipulation, mid godly regen and teleportation. Don't really see how anyone of them are going down here.
It was generally agreed that Hades could probably kill Dracula once but the problem was keeping him dead. At first people argued that Hades could seal Dracula in a jar like SS Gods tend to do or incapacitate him.
Now there's the "Hades throws his sword" argument as well.
In all seriousness, extremely close fight. Dracula is more haxed over all and cannot be permanently put down by Hades, but Hades' sword will remove Dracula's soul from existence. Even if he does eventually return (Very likely), it will be a century later. that counts as a victory for Hades.
