I suppose he does currently but DBS is ongoing and Beerus could get possibly higher and he does have the potential too since he's now considered Galaxy Level since his and Goku's fight shook the entire universe.Azathoth the Abyssal Idiot said:

I can see Beerus hurting Hades. Causing him great pain like Seiya. But winning? Not really... Not yet.

Beerus"s punches needed 3 times to destroy all matter within the universe that's why he's only 3B regularly but he's likely higher since he didn't use his all anyways.
And even if he destroyed everything in one blow he'd still be 3-A because they didn't affect the 4th dimensional structure just its physical contents.
Besides that this is a stomp all around Hades also blitzed God Saints who blitz Dbz without they're God cloth to begin with.

Well, Hades would win this battle but Beerus would put up a great fight. Let me remind some of you that the saint diverse way to exploited their cosmos and apply it in a destructive form, down to the destruction of atom which mean their attack are focus down to a single point.
Also, Hades was not wearing his Kamui and that was only his Surplice which require Seiya Universal attack to crack it. I am still unsure about this.
Whatever Hades draw can be destroy as well. All he need to do is Draw Beerus and he is wipe out to nonexistence.

Apparently no God has ever been shown with Kamui .But yeah he maintained tartarus,elysion and hyperdimension while sleeping in a coffin so yeah we never knew his true power.

No it was her cloth apparently.All Gods have this personal version of what they're underlings wear as defenses.Hades has his own surplice,Poseidon his own scale and Athena her own cloth so no one has shown Kamui yet.
