its quite a close match hawk eye seems to be more versatile able to use any objects as a weapons in weaponary while green arrow holds more of the physical advantage

green arrow seems to hold the edge in physical combat but only by a close margin due to his train under some of DC top martial artist including rah al gul.

although hawk eye abilities in espionage makes him more cunning compared to the more brutish nature of green arrow.

they fairly similar in their archery abilities i would say from feats hawk eye is more accurate in his shots

hawkeye are similar in almost everyway it could go other way but I feel this match comes down to who can outlast the other considering green arrows more physical traits and survival tactics green arrow will pull a win when hawkeyes stamina gives up on his focus
