Tsukio probably wouldn't be able to hack her but can she just control the SP//DR? I don't really know how the mech works. Is it run by an actual spider?

It is run by a spider with a psychic link to it. And even then, I don't think Tsuiko would be able to hack a mech as intricate as that.

Yeah, Tsuiko has a barrier up around her body at all times in combat. She can also teleport around the arena and has dozens of drones to control for widespread mobility.

Ah, alright.
Given that even with the senses, Peni was overwhelmed by a basic fight with Scorpion, which caused her mech to get game over'd, I think that the multiple drones, forcefield and teleportation would mean she doesn't take this and Tsukio wins.
