Gurren Lagann 9-B Upgrade

This puts the 9-B scaling several times above baseline.

I think that only Viral's profile need to be changed, but it is locked.

It would probably be more efficient to just ask User:Elizhaa to unlock them, not many people really actively support Gurren Lagann and this feat is straightforward

shouldn't yoko's gun speed should be somewhere around hypersonic since her rifle is a railgun? our real railguns are more or less prototypes as of now and those reach hypersonic speeds.
