So looking through the pages for GTA, the GTA Online Protagonist is 8-A via the Orbital Canno, but said weapon is 8-A for...being able to destroy a 30 square foot area. According to the Explosion Radius/Area page, that wouldnt even be 9-A. Doing the math for this:

Y = ((x/0.28)^3)

= ((0.00139355 m/0.28)^3)

= 1.23280269e-7 kilotons

= 515804 Joules

I believe it refers to being able to destroy anything within a 30-ft squared area and it can easily one-shot cars, helicopters, planes and whatnot (Here), so it being 9-A isn't actually far-fetched.

Apparently Spino's Reference for common feats page found out it would take High 8-C levels of energy to one-shot an aircraft, which the Orbital Space Cannon is easily capable of.

We'll wait for it to get fully accepted tho.

The current reasoning for it being 8-A is obviously insufficent, so it seems fair.
