SSG Goku was far above 10% SSB Vegeta, so I don't think that's the case. Manga Goku doesn't have Kaioken.

This is a stomp, honestly. Goku would lose badly even with dragon fist unrestricted. Also, there's various things that have to be added to Zamasu's profile.

If one is around baseline, while the other is powerful enough to get a "+", then it is a one-shot.

Merged Zamasu also has Mid-Godly Regen, which is impossible for GT Goku to bypass! So "Ningen Destroyer" should take this easily!

1) SSJ4 Goku isn't baseline, btw.

2) Are we really sure that Zamasu has outright Mid-Godly? He was afraid that he would have died more than once in the battle, and he almost got hakai'd by Goku. Honestly, I'd only put it as a possibility in the profile.

I might look through the Manga again, see if there's more powers. Maybe you could add this issue there if it ends up being created, if not you could make a CRT about the regen.

While GT Goku is well above baseline galaxy level to an extent, Fusion Zamasu is >>>>> 170 times galaxy buster so i think he definitely has an advantage. Even if GT Goku suddenly tries stacking KX20 with SS4, That really won't help him much at all.

Zamasu has Mid-Godly, just like Future Warrior 2, so PS can't really do shit against him, just like Zamasu to him, so it could be most likely a Incon battle.
