Grima vs Naga

The Naga most likely dies.
It's not very bright as far as intellect goes, nor does it have very much in the way of hax. It can fire lasers from its face, cause earthquakes with its strength, shake debris loose from buildings and punch people absurdly hard, but that's about it. Never really uses its Portal Creation during combat, either.
Meanwhile, Grima appears to possess some form of intelligence, and can most likely do much of the above and then some.

Going with Grima via higher AP advantage and intelligence. Both characters have some abilities they don't use in character and/or is not combat applicable, but Grima is still significantly stronger than various 531 ton characters where as Naga's feat is 476.9 tons of TNT. Not a stomp, but Grima does take this rather easily IMO.
