2) Uxie likely ha the AP advantage, and Goo is just a big thing, he can still get harmed by things with his own AP and higher. If he is smaller than a rat, he can still get harmed and killed by a rat. It's the same case here, except that rather than size, there's AP.

3) The only thing Goo developed a resistance against was Black Holes, and he had to grow a lot to get that. Uxia has hax that Goo never faced against.

He does that because the Turtles are stuck in a tower-like position Goo eats them as he's going down. The Turtles are also completely defenseless, and they could not get away from Goo, that's why they had no chance.

Uxie has apparently the AP advantage, and Goo never killed anyone stronger than him, until he started to affect spacetime, to which point he never faced against something stronger than him anyway.

Uxie can just fly away from him and mind-hax him.

And, again, Goo visibly ceases to grow after that point.
