Well, from the Vecna match I was led to believe Dagda isn't exactly in this universe. Specifically it was asked if Vecna had the infinite-multiversal-range to deal with Dagda since Nanashi has his Type 8 based on him. Vecna did so incap.

Terumi can't reach Dagda, but he can just negate Nanashi's immortality, or BFR him.

He can kill Ragna even though he knows that Amaterasu will just make him coming back. I doubt Dagda can help Nanashi when he's killed.
