A couple of quick notes, Infinity Ultron's powers come from the Infinity Stones, which work on Conceptual Manipulation Type 2. So, unless he is able to power null CM Type 2, that wont work.
For the EE, Ultron resists Reality Warping and Space-Time Manipulation based EE as its noted under his resistence of this two haxxes, so if the Grand Priest EE is reliant on one of this two it wont work. If it's reliant on something else than it would work, and it would make this match a stomp. Wont comment further since this debates are stressful, but I just wanted to say this two things.

Hopefully last thing I will say, BFR is the last thing that would work on Infinity Ultron given that he is able to casually reach spaces that exists even outside the 5-D Cosmology of the MCU, like the Watcher's Realm. The first thing the Watcher tried against him was to BFR him, and he instantly came back the second after he did, so that definitely wont work, unless it's the most OP BFR in existence. Now I really hope my input wont be needed anymore.

Greater Sealing seems to be connected to the power nulling given nothing in that description talks about physical sealing. So, unless he is able to seal powers reliant on Conceptual Manipulation Type 2, it wont work.

As I said in the comment, I just specified that Ultron resist EE reliant on Reality Warping and Space-Time Manipulation, so if his EE is realiant on something else it would work and make the match a stomp. But honestly, I'm really not sure why that would be history EE given nothing neither in the description of the ability nor in the scans themselves talks about GP erasing Merus from history itself. It just talks about him erasing him from existence, it doesn't mean that it is erased from history, that would need it's own evidence to prove. It is a pretty weird thing tbh, but whatever, I don't want to debate this match further, and if it is in the page it is what it is.

GP EE is greater than hakai. So if ultron doesn't exist that level of it, then hes cooked. GP EE might also be layered.
