Grand Priest vs. Dante

He absorbed the Devil Sword Sparda which passively hides his energy signature, which even demons called Nobodies with high affinity to magic who sense and absorb it passively cannot find even if they are right beside a comatose Dante.
Oh that will be a huge problem for GP then.
Anyway, it seems that EE is his only option. His EE should be pretty quick.
What does dante starts with?

Well considering GP has Demon Kings lvl of power even if he is weaker than Dante, Dante will fight seriously with him, he opens up with Guns more often then not.

I remember the Sparda doesn't hide Dante presense, it use it own presense to lure the Nobodies from Dante

I meant that because of the soul hax but yeah, that too.

Dante didn't take seriously Void Mundus and laughed to his face all the time so that's unreliable

They can cross the distance in a blink so I don't think the distance matters.

IIRC the sword has some form of sentience and it actively hides his presence, not uses his own to lure the demons away from Dante, the guide is the one that goes on to detail about how it hides him afaik

If this starts 4 km apart, Dante turns SDT to fly to him, and if he arrives in SDT on scene whether or not he chooses to fight with it or not, well fear hax GG.

speed alone makes the distances irrelevant, they both can teleport and SDT is overkill just to get close so that one won't happen

No the Sword hide Dante presense by using it own presense to overlap Dante presense, in a sense hide/cover dante
Even if you go that route, by feats alone Dante far surpasses Sparda in power, so DSS would not be able to cover his presence as you imagine, especially when Qlipoth roots mistaked him for Urizen due to close blood relation and constantly pumping him full of power while comatose, which further renders inactive power lvl a moot idea.

He did take him seriously, just that Dante has habit of purposely riling up his enemies to make them flustered and commit mistakes, he was even joking around with Gilver during Vol 1 as early version , but the narration describes it as fight tactic only.

Void Mundus can even be seen in text cursing and desperately attacking him out of rage.

And Dante is unconscious though, so he there is no guarantee that he leak his full power out, also Sparda true power is unknown

No, he literally didn't and he laughed and joked (something he didn't even need considering the stupid gap in power) and even the narration tells you how he casually dances around the attacks while having fun

Even unconscious he leaked power to the point the Qliphot mistook him for Urizen and we know Sparda's true power, he is way, way weaker than DMC 2 Dante.
