While attempting to Upgrade the Grand Inquisitor https://vsbattles.com/vsbattles/879057, i noticed something while i still believe he should be upgraded i just cant seem to find proof of this word of god statement "Word of God states that he's only slightly weaker than Asajj Ventress" any help? links to video or article to clarify this. Its bugging me.

I can't find that statement but I can add this: The guy was a fully fledged Knight and a Jedi Temple Guard (these guys are no pushovers). He was one of the guards whom Barriss was running away from and was present at her trial. He should easily be close to her level and thus Ventress level by extension.
