Assuming that they both know each other's abilities, Clementine will lilkely be able to blitz Joseph with her Martial Arts. All it takes is one hit, and Joseph will be incapacitated. Not to mention, Clementine won't take much damage from Hamon due to the fact that she's not undead.

How much is heavy damage? Its mostly meant for undead and clem isn't. How much damage does it do to human opponents? This whole fight is liable to be decided within the first strike, clems specilization is one hit kills, with a prefrence for peircing her opponents brain.

Hamon can damage opponent's insides and easily make anything a weapon (like, bulletproof forcefield from hair or bolts from spaghetti). It's very versatile

That doesn't tell me anything he can make weapons/shields from objects/body parts and damage an opponents insides. For the moment I lean on clem, flow acceleration, ability boost, greater ability boost, greater evasion and pace of the wind should give her the ability to dodge joseph's first strike and get in a killing blow before joseph.

Both have intel?

That means JoJo knows about Clem's ability boosts and Clem knows that JoJo can negate durability and destroy her

JoJo is much more smarter, versatile, can create pseudo-weapons from objects and has low-mid regen

I think JoJo would survive from Clem's boosted attack, intel, intelligence and slight regen helps him, then can oneshot her with duraneg Hamon

JoJo is much more likely to take this IMO

He has Intelligence, versatility, being able to oneshot, a bit of regen

All Clem has is her boost which JoJo has intel of

Voting JoJo

...god, this is difficult.

Clementine is much faster and can end the battles with ease, but Hamon can also do heavy damage.

AP values?

IIRC Joseph scales to 1.01 tons and is Building level+, Clem is only Building level. She has stat amps though. But JoJo is like, leagues above her in intellect.

At this point I'll either unequalize the speed or restrict Clem's speed boost lol

I don't know AP values but Joseph's hamon can negate durability and oneshot her. I'm not sure if Clem can oneshot though due to Maestro46's reasons

I'll give my reasons why JoJo wins

JoJo has Low-Mid regen because he scales to Jonathan healing his broken neck and bones with Hamon instantly. It's not a big deal for him to heal broken limbs and even if she twist his neck. Also he has some good pain tolerance (like, he was burned by Sun level heat Hamon of Kars and wasn't really reacting like normal human would) and Building level dura+, so he can tank some of her attacks.

Hamon ignores durability within physical contact and can make ANYTHING a weapon, he literally ripped off some Stroheim's hair and made a forcefield from it able to defend from Santana's absorbed bullets. I think he has also higher AP, but doesn't really matter.

His intelligence is his greatest side and with Hamon's versatility he can do many things. Main reason why he won against Wamuu and Kars was because of his intellect. Also he has minor precog.

Voting JoJo.

IIRC She only shown to mindhax when headshot people, and he has intel of it

Oh damn sorry it's been a while since I watched Overlord, he doesnt have resistance but has intel of it and dont think he'll be mindhaxed with small cuts

Hmm.

I love both characters and I know them extensively, so give me a moment.

I don't know much about Clem (watched some Overlord and stuff but well, my memory sucks) but Joseph is my second favorite JoJo and he's the one I know most about so, let's go

aren't speed-blitz worthy stat amps restricted when they come from the slower character in a speed equalized setting?

I gave Joseph intel of her speed amps he might be able to get around that, and Joseph probably stomps if speed was unequal

So, both basically have the abilities to one-shot (Mind Control daggers, Hamon + AP), and they both know this. So chances are, they'll both be playing pretty careful.

They both basically need melee, but Joseph's immense height (6'5) means his hand-to-hand reach is around even with Clementine's reach + daggers... or it would be.

However, I looked at it again.

Clementine's battle stance is very low-to-the-ground, leaving Joseph's immense height at a disadvantage. So, Clementine actually has more range than Joseph.

Speed Amplification basically means hitting a ranged Clacker Balls will never land, and easily deals with skill. So, Joseph's looking like he's in a bad spot here.

...now, I came across the damning fact. Clementine's arrogance and sadism, plus prior knowledge. Combine Clementine's tendency to talk and tease with what I said earlier- "They will both be playing more carefully" -and Joseph will have time. Time he will gladly take.

Joseph will stall for time, and take some time to travel around and set up, say, a string trap. Then, when Clementine goes in, she'll be quickly ensnared. Worst case scenario for Clementine, she trips. This is very likely, given her tendency to lean very far forward and to the ground in combat.

She may cast a Martial Art to attempt to escape, but the battle is already over. Joseph will already be sending clackers, or a hamon blow, her way. With a final "Your next line will be "I'll show you why people fear me!", to yu!", Joseph will end the fight.

My vote goes to Joseph Joestar.
