Good hunter being rated as 5-C.

The reason I think that this does not work is since the moon presence is not the size of a moon. As stated on the Tiering System page a character who is 5-C is "Characters who can destroy a moon, or an astrological object of similar proportion". So while defeating a Great one is impressive I don't that counts for blowing up a celestial body.

The Moon Presence however did create and can manipulate everything inside the Hunter's Dream, The Moon Presence also seems to actually move the Moon closer to the Hunter as it aproaches which would also be an insane feat.

HOWEVER you are right that shouldn't scale to The Hunter since there isn't any proof durability and DC are linear for The Great Ones in Bloodborne as well as the fact that that level of power probably does not extend to it's physical attacks or maybe even not its attack at all. But because The Hunter is a Great One at the end of the game you could at least scale The Moon Presence to the Great One Hunter since he is the new one maintaining the Hunter's Dream.

The hunter litterally over powers the moon presence Just before the fight if the moon presences DC and strenght didn't Match his Durability he would be compleatly past

I mean i think the 5-C stuff is Iffy to
