Goku in character will hold back against someone as weak as Kirito, he's not just going to obliterate Kirito with a punch, that's completely out of character.
Afaik, as long as both sides can win, no matter how unlikely, then it isn't considered a stomp, multiple staff members agreed in this battle which is arguably more of a stomp than this one is.
