I'd say Goku has the edge in physical strength and durability due to the Kaioken, but Duo seems pretty haxed, so my vote goes to him.

He can sense energy and generate shockwaves which is a helpful ability. In this scenario it is somewhat haxed.

Duo for several reasons.
A: He can breathe in space while Goku can't.
B: Even in the Manga it took all of the stardroids that were still alive at the time to kill him, and even Wily's strongest machines barely damaged him in the games.
